During his recent trip to Ukraine, Joe Sullivan, CEO of Ukraine Friends, met with Forces of Recovery Ukraine, non-profit dedicated to empowering widows of fallen Ukrainian soldiers. To support this mission, Joe delivered laptops to help these women access education, develop new skills, and create opportunities for their future.

Ukraine Friends is a U.S.-based non-profit organization that supports the children of fallen heroes through the Digital Wings program, which provides laptops to help them continue their education, stay connected, and build a future despite the hardships they face. Many of these children have

been displaced, lost access to schooling, or face other barriers due to the war.

Just as supporting children in their education is essential, empowering widows to rebuild their lives is equally important. Many of these women must now take on new roles as sole providers for their families, and access to education and professional resources gives them the tools they need to move forward.
